What we build

Everything InfoPath did and much more.

The form-builder, the workflow engine, the SharePoint-Lists landing — all present and correct. Plus the modern essentials InfoPath never delivered: offline mobile capture, real case management, a proper audit trail and current-day integrations.

01

Offline-capable mobile & web forms

Rich data capture for Android and the browser. Forms work fully offline and re-sync on reconnect. Field workers don't have to think about it.

  • Photos · video · audio
  • GPS · NFC · barcodes
  • Signatures
  • Conditional logic
  • Deferred sync
  • Per-record audit
02

Multi-stage workflow

Submission → review → approval → closure. Role-based routing that survives staff changes. Stages, transitions and rules are configured, not coded.

  • Stage definitions
  • Role-based routing
  • Per-stage forms
  • Reject & return
  • SLA timers
  • Manager override
03

Case management

Every record tracked from open to close. Full audit trail, automatic escalation, configurable status views. A case is a thing you can point at and ask "what's the latest".

  • Open → close lifecycle
  • Audit trail per case
  • Automatic escalation
  • Custom statuses
  • Saved views
  • Bulk actions
04

Notifications

Email and in-app notifications triggered by data changes or time-based rules. PDF attachments generated from submissions where the receiving party needs paper.

  • Event-driven email
  • In-app feed
  • Time-based rules
  • PDF generation
  • Templated content
  • Per-role muting
05

Dashboards & reporting

Built-in views for QA and operational oversight, plus exports into the BI tools your organisation already runs.

  • Built-in QA dashboards
  • Power BI export
  • Tableau export
  • AWS QuickSight
  • Scheduled reports
  • CSV / API access
Integration

Four ways in.

We deploy this inside your existing estate. SharePoint, Microsoft 365, your own systems, or standalone — your choice.

Option 1

SharePoint Server 2019 / Subscription Edition

Native SPFx web parts. Data lands in SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries. Permissions inherit from SharePoint groups. Suits estates that have standardised on SharePoint and need the form layer to live there.

Option 2

Microsoft 365

Entra ID (Azure AD) sign-on, Microsoft 365 mail relay for notifications, Office 365 group sync for roles. Plays alongside Power Automate and Power Apps without replacing them.

Option 3

API & webhooks

Push data to any system on submission, transition or schedule. Pull reference data on form load. Documented REST API. Webhook signing for tamper-evidence.

Option 4

Standalone

When SharePoint isn't in scope and you don't want a Microsoft dependency. Self-contained deployment with its own identity store, file storage and reporting.

Where it fits

If any of this sounds familiar.

We meet a lot of teams in the same spot. Here's where the conversation usually starts.

Technical

Built on solid foundations. Your data, your infra.

Hosting
Self-hosted on your infrastructure — cloud (Azure, AWS) or on-premises. Air-gapped deployments supported.
Database
PostGIS backend. Spatial queries are first-class, not an afterthought.
Mobile
Android native client. Web app for inspectors who prefer a laptop or tablet.
Identity
Entra ID (Azure AD), OIDC, SAML, or local accounts. SCIM provisioning available.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 AA. Tested with screen-reader, keyboard-only and high-contrast operation.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Per-record field-level encryption optional.
FAQ

Common questions from IT teams.

Answered straight.

Is this a true replacement for InfoPath?

Yes. The platform handles the form-builder side, the workflow side, and the SharePoint-Lists landing side that InfoPath previously covered. SPFx web parts mean it can live inside the same SharePoint sites your existing forms live in. Migration paths cover form schema, attachments and historical records.

Will it work offline in the field, properly?

Yes. Forms run fully offline on Android, with deferred submission and conflict-handling on re-sync. Photos, GPS, signatures and barcodes all capture without connectivity. Reference data (parcel boundaries, asset lists) is cached on-device.

What integrations are available out of the box?

SharePoint Server 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, M365 mail), Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, and a documented REST API plus signed webhooks for everything else.

How accessible and how secure is it?

WCAG 2.2 AA compliant on the web surfaces. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Full audit trail per record, role-based access control, optional field-level encryption for sensitive content.
